Title: replay Official?

did the NFL move the replay official out of the stadium and centralize it all to NYC?
I thought I read they were thinking about doing it, but never heard for sure.
I see a listing of each NFL crew and the IR official is not listed.

No, they still have one in the stadium (currently)
