I didn't get my books yet.  Is there a POE or editorial change on ineligible linemen downfield in regards to the 2 yard "expanded" neutral zone?

That's strange, because in the early press release, they said there was something in that regard.  No case plays?

Yes, I believe it will cover a big ole' Bubba roaming beyond the LOS without blocking anyone.
