I can't seem to find the rule books online through Arbiter. Any help? It seems like the NFHS link is not working when I click on it through my state association.

With the NFHS alignment with DragonFly, the Arbiter Central Hub is no more.
At the moment your choices are the NFHS app or purchase online via Amazon, iTunes, etc.
I contacted staff at DFMax and their reply was it will be implemented "in the near future" so if you are a DragonFly state, you might want to wait or lobby to have the NFHS app added to your state registration.

Thank you
