Title: Crew Training Video for Keys
Post by: FWREF on July 14, 2020, 01:43:32 PM

Guys, i am doing weekly meetings with my guys and would like something that covers keys. Obviously, who has whom in the initial formation but also discussing what happens with players in motion. It would be great if there is then a good discussion of when we transition to man, ball, zone. A video would be best. I will put something togther if i need to but why re-invet the wheel if something good already exists. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have one I can send you via email based on TASO 7-man mechanics. The file is too large to be attached here.
