4th/10 on K 20yd line, snap is botched, punter K80 recovers and;
a) scrambles to K 15yd line where he throws a complete pass to ineligible K60 where he is immediately tackled at R 45yd line
b) scrambles K80 scrambles to K 31yd line throws a complete pass to eligible K86 where he is immediately tackled at R 45yd line
c) scrambles to K 10yd line throws a complete pass to eligible K86 where he is immediately tackled at R 45yd line but there is a flag for ineligible receiver down field.
What are the correct enforcement?

In a) and b), it is an illegal pass. 5yds and loss of down from the spot of the pass.
R will undoubtedly take the 5yds from the 15 yd line, a). 1st and goal from the 10 for Team R.
In c) it would be a repeat of 4th down from the K 15 yd line.

You are correct. Brain cramp.
Team R would still take option a). 5 yds and loss of down from the LoS if the pass was not completed behind the LoS.
1st and 10 from the 15.

Different example in b. K scrambles to R 36 yd line and throws the illegal forward pass. Would that give K 1st and 10 at R 31 after penalty enforcement?

That is why I stated Team R would take option a).

I agree with GA except I think he meant to say R would take option A.
iOS, R would accept the penalty instead of the play because that would put K snapping from the 31 instead of the 45.
