Title: Replay Official & Replay Asst

Each crew has both a replay official & replay asst.
Are they both at the stadium?
As the names suggest the asst helps the official? - what are their duties?
If they're both at the stadium, which replay persons are in NY? - or do replay persons in NY do several games at once?
