Title: Hand held recorders
Post by: PTReferee on August 11, 2021, 09:01:03 PM
Do any of your crew use a hand held recorder to keep track of fouls during a game? To quickly record foul,  team,  time,  etc.

We had some back judges doing it for a while to reference penalty reports with video but they've all stopped.  Schools are hit or miss on Hudl and I guess they felt like they were wasting their time.

We use them.  For the response regarding HUDL.  We get 100% of our games.  I'm the administrator and I don't give up till I get each game.  I'm talking a max of 17 games each Friday.  If the home team doesn't share it, then I'll request it from the visitor.
