Title: Ineligible lineman downfield

NFHS rules: Can there be a penalty for ineligible lineman downfield if the ball is thrown and completed behind the line of scrimmage? or just thrown but not completed behind the line of scrimmage?

No.  7-5-12
I cannot find a case play that directly addresses this situation.
