Running a clock for a club football game soon, brushing up......

1. 3qtr 3:58.  A1/10@B20 Team B is offsides at the snap, Team A throws an INT and Team B is tackled out of bounds at the B10. Clock status?

Ready, 25

2. 3qtr 3:58.  A1/10@B20 Team B is offsides at the snap, Team A throws an INT in Team B end zone and is tackled there. Clock status?

Ready, 25

3.3qtr 3:58.  A1/10@B20 Team B is offsides at the snap, Team A throws an INT and runs it back for a touchdown. Clock status?

Snap (because of the TD), 25

4. 4th qtr 1:32. A1/10@B20 Team A 22 Team B 25. Team B is offsides at the snap, Team A throws an INT, Team B returns it to the B10. Clock status?

Team A has the option of snap or ready, because they are offended team trailing.

What was the natural result of this down? Touchback. Because of the apparent touchback, the game clock will start on the snap.
