Form this Friday night's game. Team A scores on a sweep right at the pylon as the team B player makes a big hit right at the goal line. Both players engage in a pretty physical duel after the score. Wing official throws both of his flags virtually simultaneously. We've got 2 DB-UNR fouls, 1 on each player. Do we try and sort out which actually occurred first to enforce in "order of occurrence", or simply announce double fouls and move on?

Well it's not a double foul since it's not live ball, but these do cancel. You would not enforce either.

Agreed that these are not by the book "double fouls" but what would you announce before you move on to the try? PF-UNR-A, PF-UNR-B, and the penalties cancel?

The result of the play is a touchdown. After the play, PF-UNR-A, PF-UNR-B. These penalties cancel, and we will have one untimed down for the try.
