At 7:30 in this highlight, receiver catches the ball near the GL. His L foot is on the GL while the ball is beyond the GL extended. Ruled short of the LTG. After replay, the play stands. Can someone help me understand why the player did not get the GL extended on this play? Thanks

I agree, I have IVE that his foot stayed on the ground on/beyond the GL, he put the ball beyond GLXtended, and (maybe this is what they couldn't agree on) his leg did not touch the pylon before he did so.
