Title: Major reason to be sure you have the most current book

I discovered that the “hard copy” book that we received has the wrong ruling at AR 2-8-3-II. The hard copy book has not been updated to acknowledge that a “T” signal is an invalid signal. So, add that to the list of discrepancies between the hard copy and other versions of the book.
IMHO, this is inexcusable.
