Title: 2026 book available
Post by: ElvisLives on June 04, 2026, 07:20:01 AM
The NCAA 2026 Football Rules Book is now available on the NCAAA.org web site, under the Media center tab. Based on past history, this is probably the first release.

Can you post it here, or at least a direct link? When I go look for it, all I can see is the 2025 (and some previous) versions.

On a related note - does anyone have, or know where to find, a comprehensive listing of all bulletins, rule interpretations, etc? I'd like to build a library and make it available online as a library resource, if it doesn't already exist (haven't found it yet, if it does.)

Bobby, that is one of the values of being a member of the RefQuest CFO web site. $40 per year for TASO members, gets you access to CFO bulletins (present and past), training videos, announcements, etc.

Do my eyes deceive me? I see NO editorial changes this year that are actually secret rule changes affecting how we officiate the game that weren't previously announced.

Yet. 😅

Remember, there were at least 3 versions of the book last year.

What timing, with everyone's membership just expiring, LOL, I didn't even think about them being there. I'll get re-upped and that should be that.

Well, the 2026 book has been made available at the RefQuest+ web site, as well as the Replay Casebook and Officiating Manual.

Just to be sure there wasn't something different about the book we got last week and the book that was made available on RefQuest+ today, I used a free on-line comparison tool. I 'think' I used the software correctly, but the result was a totally blank page (which I interpreted to mean there are no differences). But, if anybody out there has a way to make a word-for-word comparison, I'd be grateful to get your results.

Thanks!
