I actually prepare a trip in east of USA with three friends near the end of October. We will watch two NFL games (Bills at Ravens and Miami at Cincinnati) and one NCAA game (Louisville at Pittsburgh). We will also visit Washington, Philadelphia…
I really don’t know if this is possible, but I would met NCAA Officials to discuss about their work, their point of view on various subjects (application of the rule, mechanics…) because we use NCAA rules in my country. The best thing would be to meet a crew when they prepare a game, and why not see them the day of the game in the stadium to understand how they officiate.
I also would like to write an article for the French "referee’s newsletter", to explain my colleagues how great officials work in USA.
I wrote a message to the Big East conference, but if you know someone who can help me, it would be great !
This is a very important travel for me and it would be a great experience if I could meet officials that work at this level!
I would really thank you in advance!
Best regards

I'm sure I'll be a little too far south those weeks for you, but surely someone on here can put you in touch with a crew that would be willing to meet with you. :thumbup

I would contact Bill LeMonnier of USA Football and the Big 10 Supervisor. I think he has worked some clinics recently in Europe
He could probably put you on the right track for contacts.

I could definitely be wrong, but I don't think Mr. LeMonnier is working with USA Football anymore. You might be better off to send him a personal message on here.

He is still listed on their website as Manager, Officiating.
