Title: "Club" Technique

A coach mentioned to one of our members that he was going to start teaching the "club" technique to his offensive linemen. Our member forgot to have him demonstrate. Has anyone come across this?

If it involves any action that uses the arm(s) as a club, then it will be inherently illegal under the rules.
