Colts at Eagles, hit by Kurt Coleman.
To me it looked like it was a legitimate attempt to deliver a hard hit with the shoulder into the body, where the contact with the other defender propelled Collie's head into the collision.
Good call for foul because of the safety aspect, but should the league levy an additional fine?

Recent reports have said that former players, now in their 40s and 50s, are having significant issues surrounding their brain. Issues such as a short term memory loss and decreased motor ability. Clearly their quality if life is significantly lessened.
Is the NFL worth it? Well, some of the changes are likely to show due diligence re: safety, in order to prevent future CALs.
