Camera had a great angle, looks like the left hand was OK, but the right hand was a HC foul.  Referee may have been straightlined and didn't see the right hand.  If you don't see it, you can't call it.

White cap taking a nap. That's way obvious. Had he kept more of a cushion, that's even easier.
