Not the worst Oregon uniforms I've ever seen...
-
Something is horribly wrong...................
His knees are covered. That's it!
I agree, its not the worst get-up they've worn.
-
Not bad, other than the day-glo socks & laces.
Does Nike know that Oregon's official green is a much more pleasant color?

Talk about UGLY

So what else is new with Oregon uniforms?
-
I guess they are just getting prepared in case the stadium lights go out..................

I heard on a local sports talk show that the Oregon golf coach, Casey I-have-To-Have-A-Golf-Cart-in the PGA, helps P Knight pick out the unis for each game. Enough said.

What about the team name? Are they really called the Oregon Ducks? Not a very intimidating name, is it?
We used to have a team in Sweden that was called the Running Ducks, I thought that was hilarious!

I don't really think anyone can top the poor translations from the former east Germany. Two teams, we have here where I would love to be stadium speaker when they play for the spectrum of double entedres are :
The Magdeburg Virgin Guard
vs
The Frankfurt/Oder Red Cocks
Madgeburg is was going for 'Guards of the Virgin Mary' and Frankfurt took the alternate translation of 'Rooster'...

We've had some great team names in the UK. Past teams include the Winchester Rifles, Worcester Sorcerers, Wight Rhinos and (my personal favourite) the Staines Removers.
And getting back on topic - I'm with bama_stripes on this, they really should've used their usual shade of green.
