never tire of seeing that. Talk about confusing to the officials involved...did you see the three officials that met at the pylon at the time of the TD?

I was the Linesman in this Trinity vs Millsaps Game in 2007. The Side Judge was where he should have been, at the pylon. I was coming down field toward the end zone. Our Referee may have been slightly out of position. (LOL) He ended up in front of me about midway through the play. It caught me off guard too. I kid him to this day that he would have never made it to the opposite goal line if one of the backwards passes had been picked off and returned. But sometimes proper mechanics seem to go out of the window during plays like this. I was just happy that we stayed off of our whistles. After the game in the locker room we didn't do anything but look at each other in silence for about 5 minutes wondering what had just happened. Even with all of the confusion I think we did a good job. I'll always remember that play as long as I live. According to the NCAA game report I think the play was 61 or 62 seconds, but it seemed like an eternity!
