The 2011 CFO test is now available on the CFO website.  The test can be found at the following link.  Also, I have attached a .pdf of the test to this post.

I got C for 66. I've had a significant debate about this question with a few officials. Most of them went with A. I went with C because it's still a kick, regardless of the fact that the bat (legal in this case) imparted new emphasis.

Note: for #7, I went with C. . .but, the distance for the LTG appears to be in question although the down & LOS are accurate.

@Conway, you agree that PSK conditions ARE met, right? With this being the case, what's the PSK spot when the kick ends in the EZ? Considering that the spot of the foul is behind the PSK spot, well, that's how I came up with my answer.
 ???

Using 2-25-11-b the PSK spot is the B20 and the 3-and-1 principle makes the enforcement spot the spot of the foul - so that would make the answer C.

i put my answers in this morning and chose C for 66 and i got a 100%
