First off I am not looking for sympathy by any means, I do what I do because I want to just like many of you that served before me.
But...
Is it bad of me today, when my commander said, "Sgt. ___ you are deploying." The first thought I had was... "PLEASE BE AFTER FOOTBALL SEASON?!"..lol...
Thank you to all the serve and have served... with out you I could not be here typing this in English on my 'Non Government Monitored Computer' while getting my gear ready for another season of the best sport in the world...
and yes... I deploy shortly after the high school season is over... FlAg1
P.S. Dont tell my wife...

Thanks YG for all you do!

I had a member of my crew miss the entire 2007-2008 seasons because he got deployed. As I do appreciate the sacrifices he makes for our country, we are all better off because of it. Whether you agree or disagree as to why our men and women are there, we should all be thankful for what they do.
Since Tony's return, we are a much stronger crew. We just look at things a little different now. Thank you younggun for your service. May God Bless You and the good ole USA! FlAg1

If congress gets their way, you may have to revisit your "Non Government Monitored Computer" comment.
Regardless. have a great season and thanks for being willing to deploy. I hope you're back home soon.
