Title: Auburn onside kick against Utah State

When I saw this play where the Auburn player jumped in front of the Utah State receiver, I immediately thought 'Kick Catch Interference'. It's hard to tell from the replays whether the kicked ball touched the ground first and it does not appear from any videos I've seen whether the crew stopped to consider that. Does anyone have a different take on this? Same?

There appeared to be a KCI missed on a punt in one of the mid-afternoon Herbstreit Classic games .

The ball was kicked so that it hit the ground hard and then bounced up high. Good call by the officials to kill the play when the ball was caught and controlled by Auburn. By the way War Dam Eagle !
