Title: Yet another black pants thread

Just curious, what states currently forbid you to wear black pants with short sleeve shirts?

PA is one.  We are only allowed for cold weather.

Ohio does not care if you have short or long sleeves as long as the entire crew dresses the same!  But the dress for J.V and lower is Black shorts or black pants.  Knickers are gone for that level and gone for good at all  levels next year.

New Brunswick (Canada) has move to mandate black pants ONLY for all levels of ball.
The university ball is white knickers/stirrups, however.

In our association(NorCal), we can only wear black pants with long sleeve shirts. They are also required for playoffs.

I wish we would switch to black all the time. I find the the socks and the bottom of the knickers dig into my legs. I still have a line in my upper calf several hours after the game. >:( I don't think that is good for me. Plus, the socks available are cheaply made. I go through several pairs each season.
