Looked like the left shoulder of the blocker hit the chest of the blockee.  I'd say good block and then suggest to the blockee to buckle his chin strap tighter.

Judgment call either way.  The helmet definitely got there first but wasn't a clear leading with the helmet hit.  We'll leave the call to the crew on the field.

Frankly it looks like to me that blocker tucked his head down.
Isn't that enough for a call ???

 The blocker was the S' key and he did not flag.  The H did flag and he was also responsible for that action. (The U also did not flag and appeared to be watching the block develop all the way)  Looking at the GIF animation (which is from S perspective) and the stills (which are nearly the H perspective) helps explain why there was only 1 flag.  Until I saw the still angles I was convinced this was a legal block.

Mike do u have video of the most controversial of those yesterday, OU/FSU receiver going into endzone... It would probably need its own thread.
