No, no signal. The referee must give that explanation verbally. That's difficult (duh) when you don't have a field mic.

Yes but i'm officiated in France and we haven't a mic on our all field and we think as way to report a 10 sec to the team areas

I hope the EFAF rules and mechanics committee will invent a signal for the whole of Europe.

Perhaps something very 'big' and obvious, such as holding up both hands just above head height, with fingers spread for 1 to 2 seconds, followed by a single winding motion.
