I'm with Welpe.  aTm has yet to produce this "Chilean cadet" for interview or verification. 

My money is on some college prankster putting that up pre-game and orchestrating the taking of the photo in order to bring even more shame and discredit on those traitorous aggies who have fled the Big XII.   ;D

Maybe worse than that.  Could have been one of the liberal professors that have been hired in the last 30+ years since I was there and employed that stealth tactic to start some kind of "Occupy TAMU" action.

On a related topic, is this too touchy? :  Coby, the Aggies don't cheer.  They "yell".
