Title: Iowa State v Baylor - Kicker Allegedly Called Offside

Anyone got a recording of this game?  8:08 in the 4th, Iowa State attempts an onside kick, offside is called against them.  Talking heads zero in on the kicker, who had his plant leg ahead of the ball, and claim it was called on him, which would be a rather interesting ruling.  Would like to see it for myself, though.

IF that was the call (highly doubtful), someone will be in serious trouble. By rule, the kicker and holder of a place kick free kick are exempt from the offside rule. Must have been someone else.

I saw the replay of the game.  The kicker is the only player in the neutral zone when the ball is kicked so I'm thinking somebody had a really unfortunate brain fart.

I don't think I have every seen an onside kick with everyone so far OFF the line. Yep looks bad. ^no

The call was on #7, who I believe was the 2nd man above the kicker on the photo.

I'm not an official, but lurk on this site cause because I love to read about these hard calls that refs have to make.  I watched this game last night, and registered to start a thread on this call but was beaten to it.

Did anyone see the play earlier in this game where a fumble as called on the field by the Baylor QB was overturned by booth review?  Was that an incomplete pass or a fumble?
