Title: Holding in the Endzone.

A has the ball at the B10 yd line.  Runner A5 on a sweep runs around the left side and scores a TD.   Before A5 enters the endzone A74 holds B85 3 yds deep in the endzone restricting his access to make a tackle outside of the endzone on A5.  Wing official throws flag for holding.  What is the penalty enforcement?

Standard all-but-one enforcement. The run ended at the goal line, so the basic spot is the goal line. The spot of the foul was beyond the basic spot, so enforce the hold 10 yards from the goal line, and repeat the down.
