It seems with more and more of the up tempo offenses they are getting closer and closer to violating 4.1.4, and I am pretty sure that i have seen it this year where the five yard DOG was not assessed, just reset everything and went again when teams snapped the ball prior or at the same time as the RFP....
So in these situations, are we looking at the first sound out of the whistle or should a better litmus test be after the whistle is blown.
