Title: penalty enforcement

Here is the play

PAT, you have defensive encroachment followed by dead ball personnel foul, both happened after the ready for play
which of these three would be correct
2 half the distance penalties
1 half the distance and one kickoff enforcement
2 on the kickoff

These are both dead-ball fouls occurring after the RFP, and the basic spot is not the succeeding spot. Hence they do not meet the requirements of 8-2-5 and cannot be enforced on the kickoff.

Enforce each half the distance (if accepted) and retry.
