Title: SEC Championship - end of first half

Did the crew enforce the 10 second run off on the Intentional Grounding called on LSU at the end of the first half?  Both teams had time outs remaining, but to my recollection - neither team used one and Austin never discussed 10 Second Run-Off.

UGA declined the 10-second subtraction.
