Sorry, really wrong furum; but illegal helmut contact could apply for HS as well.

'targeting' - not HS.
'HelmEt' - yes.

Totally agree about the BIB; but it looked to me like any helmet contact by the blocker was with the side of his helmet and the result of his shoulder block.....

Agree. No foul in either case.

No foul. Side block. Initial contact was on the shoulder.
