At the end of the 2010 season, i sent a full game film to two of the DI FCS conference supervisors that i have applied to. I was going to do the same this year, but then was also toying with the idea of just sending a short 5 minute or so DVD of some play clips from the past couple of seasons. Any advise on which would serve me better?

Honestly, no supervisor is going to spend time watching unsolicited film clips. In my opinion, you would be better served by finding out what they require to get on their "potential candidate" list and work from there. Send film only if and when they ask for it.

If they can see you work would be better. A camp or on field clinic. Also if someone already working in the conference can recommend you even better.
