Title: Clock status on replay after COP

I'm slightly confused on what we do with the clock when we replay the down after a change of possession.  Please let me know the clock status in the following situations:

In each play, there is a foul (or double foul) on the play and we are replaying the down.

1) Ball intercepted by B and is tackled inbounds
2) Ball intercepted by B and the B player runs out of bounds
3) Punt caught and tackled in bounds
4) Punt fair caught
5) Punt caught and the B player runs out of bounds
6) Punt lands out of bounds
7) Punt caught and tackled in bounds, but the foul by B gives TeamA a first down.
8) Punt caught, fumbled, and A recovers and is down in bounds.

I was here seeing if there was any update on new NFHS rules and saw this question..I'll take a stab at it...

If we're going to replay the down in every scenario, we will never invoke "new series by either team after a legal kick" (3-4-3c) so we look at what cause the clock to be stopped in each scenario.

1) Ready (3-4-2b3 - Also see Case Book Play 3-4-2 SITUATION D)
2) Snap (3-4-3a)
3) Ready (3-4-2b3)
4) Snap (3-4-3j)
5) Snap (3-4-3a)
6) Snap (3-4-3a)
7) Snap (3-4-3c) Not 100% sure on this one but I think that is correct
8) Snap (3-4-3c) Now this scenario applies for sure

Can someone else post their answers and see if we concur on number 7 (and the rest of course!)

My responses are essentially the same.  I was confused mainly about COP then tackled inbounds vs COP then tackled out of bounds

Knowing the "major clock stoppers" is key here.  3-4-4e-h are major clock stoppers.  3-4-2b3 talks about them when it says "The action which caused the down to end did not also cause the clock to be stopped."  3-4-4e-h end the down and also cause you to stop the clock.  When you encounter the major clock stoppers, you start the clock on the ensuing snap. 

3-4-4 . . . The clock shall be stopped when:
a. The down ends following a foul.
b. An official’s time-out is taken.
c. A charged or TV/radio time-out is granted.
d. The period ends.
e. The ball is out of bounds.
f. A legal or illegal forward pass is incomplete.
g. A score or touchback occurs.
h. A fair catch is made.
i. An inadvertent whistle is sounded.
