I compared Redding's document of today with the last one we had and I see only 2 diferences. Anyone else get any more?
1 - The note in the kickoff section that tries to describe whether a player should be considered legal or not depending on how he is lined up at the KO. As long as he has at least 1 foot in the "legal" area he is legal area, does not need both in there.
2 - Team B can now NOT block below the waist against a player in position to receive a backward pass ANYWHERE on the field. Used to be restricted only behind the NZ. No longer.

Thanks, Mike! Is Dr. Reddings' document posted publicly somewhere?

The CFO website perhaps?
