Beaucoup changes in Case Book interpretations.

Check out page 44: Play 6.2.5C...  Last I checked, holding was a 10 yard penalty; and with previous spot enforcement, seems to me that K gets a 1/10

My association had them for the training class that started yesterday.  I'll be getting mine next Tuesday...
