HL,

Went to Arbiter but couldn't find anything referring to the Rule/Case books.  We here in Michigan are not provided these books every year (don't get me started); but we are assigned primarily through Arbiter.  In fact, my understanding is that, next year, everything will be assigned through Arbiter.

Recognizing there were some significant changes this year, I ordered my books several months ago; but directly from the Federation.  I am not a "member" of the NF nor are most of the officials in Michigan; but when signed into Arbiter, how would they/it know that?

Can you give me a clue as to where to look on Arbiter to find the books - if that possibility exists.

Thanks

If you aren't a paid Fed member, you won't have access to it.

A paid member would click the "Switch Views" tab on top of the Arbiter home page.  The pop up box should give you different options, you would click "Sign In" on the NFHS Main line item, enter e-mail & password and voila.

Once you are in there you have to hunt for the location of the books.

Under "Sport Specific Information" click on FOOTBALL, then PUBLICATIONS (found on the blue bar across the top). Or you can first click on PUBLICATIONS on the blue bar, then FOOTBALL PUBLICATIONS.

Either way, they didn't make it real easy.

Thanks Guys; I'll pass this along to other Michigan officials.  They should find it beneficial to download the books in "off" years.

So they can only be viewed on line?  That would be better than nothing....

It'll cost you $35.

I find that you can't scroll down to the bottom of an article.  Anyone else having this issue?

Preparing for a clinic on Rule 6.  Finally just closed it and went back to last year's PDF.
