What are you calling? It's hard to be sure from the angle, but it looked clean to me: not leading with helmet, initial contact below the neck.

Would have to agree - even in frame by frame stop action although a violent hit (two players going full speed in opposite directions), I don't see any helmet hit, high hit, forearm, or anything else that draws a flag.
