I don't have my new rule book yet.

What are the penalty options on the illegal block by k during the kickoff?

R may choose to have the free kick down replayed after enforcement of a 10 yard penalty form the previous spot (loose ball play); or, of course, they may decline the penalty and take the result of the play.

MOST illegal blocking fouls carry a 15 yard penalty; but not this one.... BIB is the only other one.

Right: 10 yards, previous spot. Looks wrong because you use the illegal block/block below the waist signal.
