Title: tennessee vs nc state

tennessee db intercepted the ball ran towards the goal line and just fell down.  turf monster got him.  anyway he got up and threw the ball way over his head in the air in frustration.  i thought thought that was a penalty.  jake locker did the same thing a few years ago and they flagged him for 15 yards and they missed the pat.

Hard to say without seeing it. I think I remember that the officials took a lot of heat for calling that foul on Locker. It ended up costing Washington the game.
