Is there a list of live ball-treated as dead ball foul?
-
As I understand: called LEDs(Live-ball fouls Enforced as Dead-ball fouls) these are unsportsmanlike conduct(UC) fouls occurring while the ball is live. LEDs are always non-contact fouls or UC fouls - never personal fouls. There is no 'spot' of these fouls and penalties are enforced at the end of the play...and do not offset with another live-ball foul. As far as I know there is no specific list.

Yes, but not all UNS fouls are treated as dead-ball fouls. Live-ball UNS fouls by "players" are live-ball fouls. Such fouls by non-players are enforced at the succeeding spot.
Sorry, I don't have a list.

B22 intercepts a pass and takes it back for a touchdown.
During his return the bench is excited and players step onto the field as he is on the 10 yardline.
What is the penalty?
Result of the play and enforcement (options)?
What signal??

If I was B's coach, I'd certainly hope my "players" step on the field and do everything they can legally to help him score. But, I wouldn't want my coaches, squad members, or authorized attendants to get outside the team area, since 9-2-5 makes that a 5-yard Delay of Game-Sideline Interference (S21 & S29) penalty, enforced at the succeeding spot (which means the Try or the succeeding kickoff, at A's choice), assuming the officials choose to call this foul, and assuming it is their first or second such infraction. If it is their third (or more) infraction, that's a 15-yard Unsportsmanlike Conduct-Sideline Interference (S27 & S29) penalty, enforced at the succeeding spot (same choices for A).
