Suppose a kicker is injured on the PAT. On the succeeding KO the replacement kicker INTENTIONALLY kicks the ball OOB and the receiving team wants a rekick, can the original kicker (injured) come back in the game?

If the kicker is a soccer player, then he is used to being on death's door at one moment, and then running a 100 yard dash two minutes later. It's what they do.
And yes, he can come back for the next free kick. There was a play (the KO OOB) in between.
