Title: TASO Misapplication of Rules Report

Just curious, but why don't more coaches take the time to fill this out? Maybe they don't know the rules well enough to know what was misapplied, but I know for sure, in our chapter, we have had a minimum of 10 games where rules were not applied correctly! I think, in our chapter, that if the coaches would do this, it would force some of our white hats to take the time necessary, and study up on the rules each year.

I dare say most coaches take the attitude that they don't want to know the rules better. It risks stopping them from arguing.
