Good question.  Would be a tough call with all that traffic, I was not sure live.  Replay slowed down shows that he lowers his helmet right before impact.  No other indicators, he did not launch.

I see it as he goes for shoulder pad and runner lowers his head a little to help cause helmet to helmet. Legal

The hit looks legal.

Yeah, I think the helmet contact is very incidental. He led with the shoulders into the chest.

Legal hit by B8, but worth a talk to.

What about B86 coming in with his knee as the ball carrier rolls on the ground .... late hit?
