Cheers and Boos
« on: October 13, 2018, 10:41:52 PM »
I haven’t paid any real attention to the Cheers and Boos feature for the various participants on this site.  On the few occasions I’ve noticed, I saw some folks with more cheers than boos, some with more boos than cheers, some with just a handful of each, and some with numbers in the hundreds.  But, even the ones with far more cheers than boos only have numbers in the hundreds.

So, just today I noticed one participant has over 65,000 (sixty five thousand) cheers and 0 (zero) boos.

I couldn’t help but start laughing out loud. I doubt Jim Tunney, Tommy Bell, Red Cashion, or any hall of fame official (NCAA or NFL) would rack up those kinds of numbers.

I’m guessing those numbers are, somehow, bogus.  Certainly not taking this seriously.  Pretty good comic relief.

These numbers really mean very little.  The member in question sent me a personal message about the cheers and boos.  I adjusted his to the maximum positive rating just to see if anyone noticed.  As far as I know, you are the first one.  You win a prize.  I don't know what that prize is, but expect it in the mail any day now.   LOL

Here's a cheer just for finding that.  Now I am curious of who it was.  No way to search for that so I give.
