No call!

Serious foul, but no call......

This happened at an adult league game last year.....Attacker (with ball) is approaching opponent's 18 and has beaten all defenders except GK. GK comes out and falls on the ball with the attacker still about 10-15 away, but his momentum carries him over the GK. Attacker drags his back foot into the GK's face, injuring the GK. CR is right there and sees what happens but doesn't stop play. Finally he sees me (lead AR) signaling for a foul and stops play (for the injury, not for the foul), and restarts with a drop ball (no card, not even a verbal warning).

I didn't know the CR and didn't say anything to him (should have). But luckily the assessor watching the game did talk to him.
