   anyone out there know of a chart or a place where all the penalty's are listed with there enforcement and dead ball or live ball?  I have a U that is just starting and needs to know Live ball/D.B, yardage, Loss of down, and spot.

Such as:  Signal #19, False Start,   D.B.,    5 yards,   previous Spot.

or

Such as:  Signal #28, Illegal Participation, live ball, 15 yards, previous spot.

Well, start with pg 94 of the rule book.

It doesn't have live ball/dead ball enforcement, but it has yardage, signal, and rule number.
