Title: Any chapter based in Fargo ND ?

I will be visiting my company's plant in Fargo ND next week (I just learnt about it today) and I would love to join a meeting of any local chapter if happens that one occurs, anyone reads in here and is so kind to invite me!

PS I am an Italian official, now with almost 10 years of experience. I would love to understand the issues you have and the way you handle things over there. We work (as almost all of Europe I guess) under full NCAA rule book.

North Dakota doesn't operate on a chapeter basis.  The local association is the Red River Valley Officials Association.  No meetings are currently scheduled.  North Dakota and Minnesota (Fargo sits on the border) is in the middle of high school playoffs.  My suggestion would be to check the local paper, Fargo Forum, when you arrive....area games will be listed.
