What end of season recognition or awards does your association give to officials?

Playoff assignments

On a state basis : (1) Officials that retire after 20 years of service get a plaque w/attached patch and declaired "Lifetime Member"; (2) field officials working state championship games  recieve a coffee mug w/their name, date, opponents, and position worked. On a local level , in the name of The Butus Award (NFL's best linebacker) we established the Butt-kiss Award given the zebra who demostrated via "kissing up" to a coach during the season. We have fun with this and the reciepent chooses the following year's reciepent. Having a hobby is having fun with your hobby and there are not many hobbies that one gets paid for!

We give an award to the official who "has done the most to further the goals of the association."  This isn't given (necessarily) to the "best" official, but to one who has worked hard, made good improvement over the season, done what has been asked of him without griping, etc.

I think we get a Golden Whistle award plaque at 25 years. 

State finals officials get an autograph model (white panels) of the official game ball embossed with the state logo and year and game info.  They also get some swag from Honig's and other businesses.
