Title: B players run into each other and fall on the holder

I saw this in a game with college rules this weekend.

Try from B's 3.  The ball is successfully kicked for a score.  During the kick, two team B players coming from opposite sides at full speed run into each other.  They collide and fall on the holder who is still on a knee.

Foul or no foul?

Foul. Only a contact by a team A player makes the foul go away. Most likely running into the holder, not roughing.

I believe the correct mechanic is "laugh, then flag".
